Stay away from steroids




If you're an athlete, you've been told at some point in your life to stay away from steroids. But, some of us give in to the pressures of performing well and maintaining that performance for a long period of time. Or, wanting to recover from an injury quickly so we resort to HGH.
I can honestly say that I have never done steroids, but have friends who have done them and are currently on them. Some will even defend them. When asked about how they make you feel, one may reply with an "I feel great - just look at me." Not realizing the damage this person is causing to their body. In order to avoid steroid use, surround yourself with friends who are focused on natural work out - friends that want to get in shape - not get "huge."

The most abused steroid are anabolic. These steroids are used to enhance masculine characteristics and physical appearance. Some types of anabolic steroids have irreversible side affects such as cardiovascular diseases and high blood pressure.
